Step 1 - Prepare your Manuscript
Please make sure that you thoroughly proofread or copyedit your manuscript or prepared files. A properly formatted book on 8.5 x 11 is acceptable for short print run. We can reformat to the size you need.
Your application files should be saved in Microsoft Word, Page Maker, Quark Express,or Word Perfect formats and converted and transmitted as a PDF file.
All fonts should be included when sending your text files and can be located in the "system folder"

Step 2 - Prepare your Images
If images are included, please identify the location in the text where they are placed. Save them as EPS or TIFF files, and format them to the size of the finished book. Remember, resizing your manuscript from 8.5 x 11 to a 6x9 or 5.5x8.5 will change the page format and layout, so please prepare your images for this.
Photos print well if scanned properly at a resolution of 300 dpi or more.
Step 3 - Prepare your Biography and Book description.
Give a brief description of the author's biography (100 words or less), and an interesting description of your book for the back cover.

Step 4 – Submit details of your book for a free quote.
When your book is ready for publication, use our quotation form to determine a price for your book. Our quotation form provides all the information you need for an accurate quote.
